If I have a combination of laundry, shirts for pressing and wet clean? Should I separate them into 3 different bags? Yes. Please separate them with particular instructions in each bag (if any). We will not be responsible for washing something instead of wet cleaning. You will be given your own laundry and wet clean bag later on.
I have sensitive skin and use only a certain kind detergent that the market offers. What is the process? Simply fill out the preference selections on the schedule a pick-up page and specify your preferred detergent and softener. When you drop off your laundry please notify us. If your particular brand is not mentioned, kindly specify and then we will call you regarding the request. Prices may vary.
How do I pay for the service? After the laundry is picked up, the laundry concierge will contact you via your preferred method to confirm the item details and request the payment option. Or, you may specify payment options on the order form before sending. We exercise extreme caution in privacy and will use information ONLY to process your order. We accept cash and credit cards.
